With over 30 years of construction experience and more than 10 years specializing in horizontal directional drilling (HDD), we bring proven expertise, innovation, and reliability to every project we undertake.
From the beginning, our mission has been to provide comprehensive utility construction solutions that meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Over the decades, we have successfully completed projects of every size and complexity — from small-scale installations to major infrastructure developments spanning multiple states.
Our capabilities include the excavation and installation of water, sewer, power, telecommunications, and gas utilities, as well as horizontal directional drilling, trenching, site development, and emergency response services. With the ability to operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, our crews are ready to respond quickly and effectively to any planned or unplanned situation, ensuring that projects stay on schedule and on budget.

At the heart of our business is a commitment to integrity, safety, and performance. Nearly ninety percent of our work comes from repeat customers, a testament to the long-term partnerships we’ve built through consistent quality and accountability. We put safety first
At the core of our operations is an unwavering commitment to creating and maintaining a safe workplace for both our employees and the public. Safety is not simply a requirement — it’s a core value that guides every decision we make, from pre-planning to project completion.
Whether our work takes place in busy urban environments or remote rural areas, our management team and skilled craft professionals bring the training, experience, and awareness needed to perform every task safely and efficiently.
Our dedication to safety begins long before our crews reach the job site. Each team member participates in a comprehensive new-hire onboarding process that includes our drug and alcohol testing program, ensuring a safe and reliable workforce from day one. Ongoing education, field audits, and hands-on safety meetings reinforce this culture throughout the year.
The majority of our personnel hold certifications or have completed training in the following areas:
- OSHA 10 or 30-Hour Construction Safety
- CPR and First Aid
- Rigging and Signaling
- Trenching and Excavation Safety
- Traffic Control and Flagging
- Utility Spotting and Locating
- Confined Space Entry
- Defensive Driver Training
- H₂S Awareness

When lifting operations are required, we have NCCCO-certified crane operators on staff to ensure proper planning, rigging, and execution of all crane-related activities.
We also maintain compliance and transparency through safety evaluation systems such as ISNetworld and First Verify, allowing clients to easily review our qualifications and performance history.
Our approach is proactive — identifying and mitigating risks before work begins. Through continuous training, accountability, and communication, we strive to ensure that every employee goes home safe at the end of each day.
